Aa i completely agree that a dwc tank helps buffer the system, which is the theory behind my large sump. i purposely keep the sump half full in the event i have to do an emergency dilution, so far never.. One of my favorite things about aquaponics is that you can setup a system of almost any size, either indoors or outdoors. from a mini garden with gold fish growing vegetables and herbs, to a large backyard farm, or even massive commercial operations..
