Aquaponic Tote System

To create an aquaponic system, you will need an ibc (intermediate bulk container) with the capacity of at least 158 gallons. it is essential to rinse the entire container thoroughly, due to the possibility of foreign chemicals being present.. The toteponics kit uses three ibcs (intermediate bulk carriers, also called tote tanks in some parts of the usa, hence the name of the kit) to construct a productive, back-yard aquaponics system, made up of one fish tank and three media grow-beds. grotowers can also be added, if desired.. The finished ibc tote aquaponics system utilizes part of the container for the fish tank and the other part for the grow bed. not all ibc totes are the same there are different sizes and shapes of ibc totes andmost are very similar in shape and appearance. please observe the pictures provided in this presentation.
